• Need to simplify door access to your spaces? VEN Sesame remove fobs, wristbands, smart-cards allowing you to securely manage access to your spaces. VEN Sesame automates the granting of access to spaces, such as gyms, yoga studios, co-working spaces (in fact any spaces) by sending new members, guests or starters a link to VEN Sesame. VEN Sesame then allows the user to choose from the methods they’ve been given to authenticate at each door you have given them access to. For instance, premium members may have access to more doors or more sites than other members. Staff may be allowed more methods to authenticate at each door –use the app to register facial recognition, or to register a preferred MIFARE bank or travel card. Guests may receive a QR Code which only authenticates when presented on the handset they’ve registered the app upon.
• VEN Sesame is incredibly flexible for the business owner, manager, security, and any door access controller. Set security groups and grant access remotely or as part of an automated process. Remotely open doors. Doors connected to VEN Kula, VEN Landlord, and VEN Tenant will be automatically granted the appropriate access.
